Emergency Services Training Solutions (ESTS) INC. is a mobile emergency services training company based out of McCordsville, Indiana and operated by the president, Robert C. Allen, a 26-year veteran (Volunteer, Combination, and Career) of the Fire Service. It was formed in June of 2006 to serve a very specific population, the members of the Indiana fire/rescue service.
 

ESTS INC.'s sole purpose and goal is to provide high quality fire/rescue service education to members of agencies in central and south-central Indiana that do not have access to education on a schedule that is convenient to them.

Our services are perfectly tailored for:

• Rural/Suburban firefighters who need/want training and certification but lack the means at their own agency.
• Rural/Suburban fire departments who do not have facilities or instructors.
• Industrial fire brigades who need training and certification.
