Training Apparatus

ESTS INC is fortunate to have three fully equipped apparatus for students to use during class. Ladder-1 was retired in 2016 and Rescue-1 was added to the fleet in 2023.

Engine-1

Engine-1 is a 1978 Ford C900 chassis with an FMC body. It has a 1000gpm two-stage pump, 1000 gallon tank and a full complement of equipment.

Ladder-1

Ladder-1 is a 1967 American LaFrance Quint that was refurbished in 1983. It has a 1000gpm two-stage pump, 300 gallon tank and a full complement of equipment.

Ladder-1 was retired from service in December of 2016 and is now in the hands of a collector in Warsaw, Poland.

Tanker-1

Tanker-1 is a 1989 GMC Top Kick chassis with an S&S body. It has a 500gpm Darley PTO pump, 1800 gallon stainless steel tank, and a full complement of equipment.

Rescue-1

Rescue-1 is a 1979 Chevy C-70 chassis with a Pierce walk-in rescue body. It has a 12KW Onan generator, 10,000# hydraulic winch, and a full complement of equipment.
